Somatic Embodiment Journeys
for presence & connection
Exploring Body, Myth and Nature
Root into ritual, nature and embodied connection, without needing to travel, gather in person or look at a screen.
These journeys are immersive audio-guided practices that weave together bodily awareness, nature connection, archetypal exploration and ritual.
Each of these audio-guided journeys can be downloaded and kept forever, allowing you to return again and again, following your own pace, cycles and flow.
Each somatic embodiment practice offers a trauma-informed, identity-affirming and neurodivergence-friendly space to reconnect with the body, the seasons and the more-than-human world.
This is an invitation to slow down and to feel and to listen. Not just with the mind, but with your whole self.
About Your Guide
Hello, I’m Laura. I’m a counsellor, trauma therapist, meditation teacher, nature therapist and a sacred space holder. My work sits at the intersection of psychology and spirituality, offering a gentle bridge between the practical and the mystical. I create spaces where you can explore your inner world, reconnect with your intuition, and honor both the challenges and the beauty of being human.
The work in this space is underpinned by the belief that while insight is powerful, the wisdom of the body and its felt interpretation of myths, legends, archetypal ideas, and even our everyday experiences, can guide us just as profoundly, helping us to integrate, heal and live more fully.

“I just wanted to tell you that the Journeys I did were so lovely, It was very grounding and I love the whole nature connection vibe. I am navigating some challenging times and this really helped today. I’m not typically very good at slowing down and being intentional with practices like this and I loved that everything was an invitation “you may wish to…”, “you could…”. It felt very relatable. I know when you put so much heart and soul into something it’s always nice to know when it’s had an impact, so thank you” - Amy

We’ll call in the elements, open a sacred space and identify the stories that are ready for release, offering them to the fire to transform into ash and make way for a new story to emerge.
Who are you when your story begins to change?
We often hold onto fixed ideas about who we are; versions of ourselves that no longer reflect our present truth. Out of habit we repeat old narratives because they’re known. In psychology, this is called the narrative self: the way we craft our identity like a story, complete with beginnings, turning points, villains and wounds.
In this intentional, somatic ritual, we’ll soften our attachment to those outdated narratives. Through embodied practice, we give the body permission to let go of what no longer resonates, creating space for something new to take shape. We’ll call in and connect with the elements, open a sacred space and identify the stories that are ready for release, offering them to the fire, where they can transform into ash and open the way for a new story to emerge.
