Welcome to my wellbeing store, where you’ll find in person group offerings, as well as audio-guided practices, that are designed to support your mind, body, and spirit.

All of my offerings integrate nature and eco-therapy approaches, meditation and mindfulness, somatic and embodiment practices, and in some cases, Earth based spirituality. They’re all underpinned by my work as a a registered counsellor, somatic trauma therapist, eco-therapist and space-holder.

In person offerings take place in Birmingham, across the West Midlands. I also offer audio-guided practices and online sessions that are accessible wherever you are.
